Angle Converter
Convert degrees, radians, turns, gradians, arcminutes, and arcseconds with formulas and copy-ready output.
Enter an angle, choose the source and target units, and generate a copy-ready conversion. The calculation stays in your browser and uses the exact full-circle relationships between degrees, radians, turns, gradians, arcminutes, and arcseconds.
Use a number. Negative angles, commas as thousands separators, and scientific notation are accepted.
How it works
The converter first expresses your input in radians, then divides by the target unit size. One full turn equals 360 degrees, 2π radians, 400 gradians, 21,600 arcminutes, and 1,296,000 arcseconds.
Milliradians are included for surveying, mapping, and optics notes as one thousandth of a radian. Negative values are preserved because direction or rotation sense can matter in math, navigation, and design work.
Use this tool for geometry checks, CSS transform notes, navigation bearings, trigonometry examples, and quick unit tables. It does not normalize values into a 0-360 degree range automatically, so repeated turns remain visible in the output.
